Silly Billy Poem by Janice M Pickett

Silly Billy

OH I am a Silly Billy
I went out in the rain
forgot to eat my breakfast
and nearly went insane
when I cleaned my
teeth with back rub
and felt the heat in pain

I put the paper in the freezer
and tried to read the meat
put my shoes up on the table
my plate down by my feet

I'm such a Silly Billy
I get things upside down
like when I saw my Doctor
in the heart of town

I asked him for some aspirin
for a vitamin pill
and told him I was feeling great
instead of feeling ill

So be careful what you ask me
for I am not quite sure
if the answer that I give you
is what you're looking for
