Silence Meets The Dawn Poem by Walter C. Edwards

Silence Meets The Dawn

Silence meets the dawn,
all hope is now gone,
pass away in the night,
shadows call to me,
what you do,
sends shivers up my spine,
all the time,
you take me down,
you lift me up,
you fill my soul,
can’t let go,
when the sun starts to rise,
in your eyes.
