my silence means i love you
it can be intense
never too loud

when i think of your eyes
they're the brightest lights
talking to me
like i know what you're thinking
when i see you in pain
my heart squeezes in a grain of sand
and thunders and daggers
kill me to death

if i could change all this

i'd whisper sweet words in your sleep

i'd send you the look of love
like crystal bombs

i'd be your warmest painkiller
