Shroud Of Turin Poem by JOE POEWHIT

Shroud Of Turin

If one reads the Gospel of JOHN 20-7, 'and
the napkin, that was about the head, not lying
with the linen clothes, but wrapped together
in a place by itself'.

The Shroud as unfolded is one piece, with an
image. In JOHN 20-7, the napkin about the head,
was separate from the burial clothes. The
clothes being in two places, the Shroud one piece,
with body and face image on the cloth, could
not be the burial cloth of Jesus.

The Shroud, is the cloth of another person. Who,
through time and legend grew into a false relic
of belief. The Bible and Gospels, are the word
of God.

I humbly disagree. The head napkin is the Sudarium of Oviedo, which is located in Oviedo, Spain. Science has shown without a doubt that both the Sudarium of Oviedo and the Shroud of Turin covered the same face. Look up the Sudarium of Oviedo. This was the head napkin. : -)
