When it shown with time given,
It was just a fast flash to glow bright.
Until its light grew dim.
Yet its fading maintained,
A quality sustained with significance.

When it shown with time given,
To experience the doing of it...
Opportunities it took with risks.
Until a flickering began to remind,
Endings do come in time to find done.

When it shown with time given,
There is hope kept alive within to shine...
That something left behind will survive.
And the reminiscing to remember,
Will remain as bright when first witnessed...
Long after the glow has gone
