Shinning Life Poem by Gideon Arthur

Shinning Life

You can witness the stars in the Sky
But others never see day, ask why
The best they can see if they try
Will be a reddish sky with no sign of a star
With no sign of a star

You call yourself a born star
Persevere to the top to shine
Upon those at the bottom

But being a star
Requires not climbing success ladder
But an arm around a neck
A kiss on a rough cheek
A smile to a sadden face
Provision for the needy
A helping hand to the Old one crossing the road
Peace maker in the shattered friendship
For these you shall blink and shine
Be a star in a life
Even the blind can see this star

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
At times we focus on being a star of the world and not of someone. The point that we presume we are stars are the time when most people knows that we aren't shinning. But when you loss focus of your brightness then those around can see how bright you are. You wont notice cause to you, its part of your nature.
