She Is No Longer Shy. Poem by Tony Adah

She Is No Longer Shy.

She's no longer shy
To prowl the streets
Half naked looking for men
Her eyebrows aglow with pink
To match her blouse
Which the tailor cheated with silk
Her lips red in the hue
Of her hoaves
And the groin bare
For the world to see.
She's no longer shy
To be in the streets
Smoking cigarettes
Slinging her bag and exposing
The beauty that ought to be explored
She's no longer
Shy to be on the streets
