Sharing The Load Poem by Herbert Nehrlich

Sharing The Load

Rating: 4.2

Spouse cleans the shower
and son only fishes,
I have the power
to do all the dishes.

I'm no one who has
obligations to meet
it's just the pizzazz
the desire to eat.

So I do the dishes
and she cleans the shower,
the young fellow fishes
and I AM the power.

Sharing the load is indeed a family affair.... who gets the most must be the boss! A 10.

Actually, Danny, a double blind placebo controlled study comparing has revealed that I do the average load of dishes in 7 minutes, spouse takes 44 minutes and the plates get less opaque with each cycle. Hence, I have been elected. Wouldn't want a headache at an inopportune time. Thanks for dropping in H

Sounds like you got the duff end of the reel? (Or should that be the rough end of the deal.) Danny
