Shadow Lurker Poem by Leah Michelle Ellis

Shadow Lurker

Rating: 3.0

As beautiful as a rose.
And piercing like a thorn.
You left your mark on me.
And you will be on my mind forever more.
Your tongue like a knife.
The words cut so deep.
Your memory still so fresh to me.
Betrayed by my own heart.
I am at a loss.
You are a curse.
A snake in the pale moon light slithering through people's lives.
Poisoning them with your venom.
You're a demon true to the bone.
And now I am forced to hide in the shadows with you.

Full of imagery Leah. I've decided I don't like this guy too much.
