Shade Me In Darker Poem by Heather Browning

Shade Me In Darker

Shade me in darker, and sew up my wounds. Laugh in my face, my heart always glooms. The way you know how to push makes no sense at all. I let myself down by letting you in. See hte pains I've committed? The stains are all over the walls. Shade me in darker the hate you fill me with. Shade me in darker, once, twice, the fifth. No matter how many times it just isnt enough. So keep shading darker, push a little more rough. You'll hit rock bottom, You'll hit stone cold, if you keep shading darker I'll have nothing left to hold. I've let you have your chance, more than I should give. My life is in your hands, shade me in darker, or give the chance to live?
