Servanthood Poem by MYK NWACHUKWU

Servanthood

If you serve others
You are leading all the way
Servanthood is a position of leadership
Servanthood is a position of forfeiture of rights
Servanthood is a posture of debt
Servanthood entails making overwhelming decisions
Servanthood entails averting impending crises
Servanthood entails getting spectacular results

If you serve others
You are leading all the way
Humility permits you to be the servant of all
Humility permits you not to discriminate
Humility permits you not to withhold love
Humility permits you to be a foot-washer
Humility permits you to share power
Humility permits you to share psychological grounds with the weak
Real freedom is found in obedience and servanthood.
