Serene Evening Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Serene Evening

Somewhere in the darkening evening,
songbirds sing their dainty melodies.

Wings awhirr with fanciful flight,
cavorting with clouds and gentle
breezes.

Softly ending another day of life
with peaceful, sensuous ideas of
serenity.
