Separation Poem by Wasan H Ibrahim

Separation

I remember thee
In every corner of my years,
I remember thee
In the light of my smiles
And the shadow of my tears.
Blow, blow, blow…
Oh, wind please blow
And my love near draw
Send him my heart and my fear
That his longing turns frail.
Ring, ring, ring…
Oh, door please ring
And my love kindly bring
But my hope don't tear
To open the door and find…...
It is only the air.
