Separate And Fenced Poem by Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi

Separate And Fenced

Rating: 5.0

This distance
That lies
Between you
And my smiles
The ardour
Of love
Towering tide
Powerful surf
That which
Binds us two
Not our arms
Tempting muse
In your voice
I have heard
All the songs
Not uttered
In that touch
You never felt
And the fragrance
Leading to trance
And Spellbound
We have danced
Our two worlds
Separate and fenced

You and your love are separate and fenced......but love can be ensured...how......the answer may lie in reading my recent poem, 'cheerfulness theory of love'......thanks for sharing your unique thoughts..

Instant Leaping Hurdle Fences physical fences fast succumb to instant electric volt high jumps when we need to jump space time distances separating oceans in a single finger keyed stride no towering tide can delay messages sent instant awaiting our homecoming voice pitch imaging trance transcend distance time space embrace in scoped meetings defying physical separations Copyright © Terence George Craddock Inspired by the poem 'Separate And Fenced' by the poet Nalini Jyotsana Chaturvedi.
