Self-Reliance Poem by Lionara S.t.m.o.l

Self-Reliance

That toddler, which inside you crying
Arise mature adult, to embrace him
Be glad you can wrap yours together
My own also was crying, from fear to not hurt
Fondly warmed him in bosom, as loving mother
It was the hero's moment, everything to hug
Children, parents, to tie once and for all
You're the child, you are and his parent
Foreign nannies hurt him, rarely feel
The dependencies are insidious... he wants his parent
