Let them see me
In my weakness and frailty
And through my humanness
Bowed but unbroken
Not given to base inclination

Let them see me
With some intelligence
Wisdom and understanding
Seeking no fame nor fortune
Not needing superstardom

Let them see me
In my anger and hurt
And through empathy
And compassion
But not given to hate

Let them see me
In my words and actions
Through a conduct consistent
With truth, honor and virtue
A life worthy of His calling
