Season Of Love Poem by Alejandro Torres

Season Of Love

Let there be a season
When you open your mouth in pleasure
To call out to me
We’ll travel to where the year changes
In a week
Spring
Monday and Tuesday
Your blush on Wednesday
Along with summer

Thursday and Friday
I’ll spend a vacation
For Halloween and Thanksgiving
Giving a taking
Our bodies together
Winter can come in
On Saturday and Sunday
The days we love
Each other the hardest
And rest the littlest

Let there be a season
That lasts a lifetime
For us
Where every month is February
Or December
And Sunday through Friday
Valentines day and Christmas share
Our hearts

A time where loneliness doesn’t know
That we’re still alive
Where heartache
Cant find our door
A time where the only beauty I see
Is yours
Aligned with the stars
Shining off the sea

Lets find a season
That lasts forever
Like heroes in fairytales
I’ll be the frog
And you can be the Princess
(I haven’t called you that in forever)
We’ll eat supper Monday and Tuesday
Drink from the same cup
Wednesday and Thursday
Friday we’ll share a kiss

Saturday we’ll marry
Sunday we’ll live happily ever after
Once we find that season of bliss
