I look for joy I look in vain
Someone, somewhere to ease my pain
Who will comfort
Who will say?
'You’ll find your joy and peace today'

From deep within me I can feel
The scars of sorrow slowly heal
Peace and joy
That’s all I ask
Was that such an impossible task?
