Sealed With A Kiss Poem by Kimara Young

Sealed With A Kiss

Is there any truth
Within all of your lies?
Would you don cape and save the world,
Should the need arise?
Carry bandages for bruises
And cuts that you've made?
Though, they're deeper than skin.
Could you heal a heart break?
If your wings remain darkened,
Are you yet still a dove?
Would you give all affections,
Knowing nothing of love?

Yet, have I room to speak,
For the wounds i've inflicted?
If to care is a choice
Are you sure that i've picked it?
If I be as untrue
Would you call our love real?
Perhaps,
We were meant for eachother.
And our fates do we seal,
With a kiss.
