Saying no is an art
All can't do
But is worth learning
All time in life span.

Interesting to come across this! Just the other day some friends and I were discussing how it is so hard for some to say no to people. But I feel as you state in this poem, it is so important to learn to say no. It can be such a freeing feeling to know you're not taking something on just because you couldn't speak a little two letter word! (Report) Reply
