Saying Impossible Is Insensible Poem by Mailrangam Visvanathan Venkataraman

Saying Impossible Is Insensible

You must firmly determine
'What, when and how to do? '
You must never undermine
Your own ability to do.

'O, this mind and body are mine
Let me bring them under my control
Only positive thoughts my brain will dine
They are to my body-machine petrol'

Never look back sadly in life
Instead firmly proceed ahead
Take in mind confidence-knife
To behead this worry's head

Vigorously try each and everything
Which others may say impossible
In achieving become a winning King
To prove saying 'impossible' is insensible

Whether you achieve it or not
You must never meekly stop
In worry-trap get not caught
If caught, you cannot reach the top

Bathe the brain with positive thought
And dress it with goals and desires
Never allow doubt to enter your heart
A strong mind doubt easily tires

Success is a huge hill
To climb it learn the technique
Possession of a strong will
Is really, undoubtedly unique

You must constantly practice
To achieve high range of perfection
All opportunities you must seize
For the completion of your mission

Never believe in luck
For luck will make you idle
Your ambitions luck will suck
As it is a brain-puncturing needle

So in this World one must live
With positive thoughts full of optimism
'Success will come' one must firmly believe
From hope success will surely blossom.
