Sandstorm Poem by Rose Wilder

Sandstorm

Orange sky.
Winds high
Blow across.
Trees toss.
Can't stand
All this sand!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I wrote this poem on the spur of the moment during a terrible sandstorm in the Middle East. (Yes, the sky really was orange.)
