It has been two years,
since you left us and went to Behesht*
Just one day before the Mother's day 2010
I am still trying to deal with your move...

How foolishly I took you for granted...
How foolishly I ignored your prayers,
How foolishly I ignored your warmth,
your kindness, your innocence,
your unconditional love...

How foolishly I ignored your stroke...
How foolishly I did not cross the Ocean
to come and see you, feel you, talk to you
and thank you!

How foolishly I ignored the flight of time
How foolishly I ignored the fact that
you were like no other
Oh, Mother
I miss you so much!
