Safe And Warm Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Safe And Warm

Rating: 5.0

Think about nothingness
And keep smile on face
Half of the worries may disappear
With no trace of fear

Think about past
Pick good thread to last
That shall give you peace
For further life at an ease

Leave all things behind
Bury deep underground
Let it not emerge again
To cause you pain

Life is to move forward
With no cursing words
It is of no use
But stand firm to refuse

If you believe in destiny
Leave everything in the hands of almighty
He shall never do wrong or harm
Keep yourself safe and warm

If only life were this easy, but it is not. Your poem asks us to shed the cloak of despair that binds us so tightly. Blessed are those who can do this, but for most of us this is not possible. Nevertheless, a very encouraging poem, well intentioned, well written.
