Sad

People come and people go
sometimes you're glad and sometimes your sad
so much easier being glad than sad
but i think you all know that i am sad

She left me you see and it's killing me
now summer's here and i'm all alone
with no-one to hold
only one person i want to hold

So can you tell me why do the
birds go on singing
when it's the end of the world
it ended when i lost my love

Love is hard to find and
so worth fighting for
but to walk away for what
i ask myself

To be free or to be with
someone who loves you so much
the love would come back for sure
babe

Poem of the Day

poet Edmund Spenser

My love is like to ice, and I to fire:
How comes it then that this her cold so great
Is not dissolved through my so hot desire,
But harder grows the more I her entreat?
