Royalty Shrugged Poem by Lento Maez

Royalty Shrugged

Rating: 5.0

Equally equated nobly obliged his
Life started solemnly with no surprise
In time trials and tribulations
Brought him to his knees
His honorable beginning
Was cast out to the seas
His view of life changed soon
After living in a small bedroom
His friends did not know
Because his royalty did not show
He was kind to all the people
Always thinking of the steeple
He left behind to seek a new life
Not knowing of the strife
That a common life could cause
And the load like a heavy cross
That he carried each day
Yet he continued to pray
That his tribulations would go away
