Romance with democracy of human beings
Evolved many a sector and its beginning
Of the Honey-Moon of sector of cooperation,
And its protagonists indulging in corruption.

Notion of cooperation and its implementation
Aimed at improvisation of the living conditions
Of the poor havenots by inclusive prosperity,
Rampent corruption, alas, pushed it in obscurity.

The protagonists then became feudal lords,
At the cost of society they reaped rewards,
Generating huge black money in the process,
Its use in elections guaranteed their success.

Romance with democracy, divorce with conscience
Dwarfened the leadership, it is our grievance.
