'' And then the day came,
    when the risk
    to remain tight
    in a bud
    was more painful
    than the risk
    it took
    to Blossom. ''

    '' E il giorno arrivò,
    quando il rischio
    di rimanere chiusa
    nel bocciolo
    si fece più doloroso
    del rischio
    nello sbocciare. '' (Report) Reply

This wonderful poem reminds me Nepali poet Sudeep Koirala (Su Ko Cyber) 's very short poem Buddha and Bomb, where the poet writes:
Before burst, even BOMB remains silent like BUDDHA. (Report) Reply

Fantastic! The bud blooms and the pent up tension is released. I like the shape that the lines form, I would have made the mistake of leaving a gap after bud which would not have worked so well. (Report) Reply
