Rise Of The Undead Poem by Halie Apperson

Rise Of The Undead

As the sun fell darkness corrupted the small town,
Doors became locked secrets became stolen,
The light disappeared forever,
Questions were asked answers were never told.

Many were injured and more were killed,
Souls were laughed at and the undead rose,
Jokes were punished and pain was a privilege,
More blood filled the streets then ever before.

No tears were shed no cries filled the air,
There was nowhere to hide as the undead took control,
You were killed and drained of blood only to rise and join the undead army.
