Riff On Olive Oil's Comment On 'The Old Pries'T

Rating: 5.0

What good is kindness for an hour
Or charity that is short-lived
When you have it in your power
To give, protect, and give?
Kindness is an obligation
That when it is bestowed
Indentures you to restoration
Of those to whom it's owed..

Hmm....I'm thinking maybe kindness should just be a given but we all know how this crazy world turns!
