Rhyme And Democratic Swing

Regarding fenced and unfenced and fornenst,
it's rubbish!
that they're all that rhyme with against.

Re voting,
what's worse,
Wasting Money
or Greed,
swings,
and what's on top
is swung against,
he sensed.
