Let's forget the present
And live the past again
Where you were my GOD
And I was your small Angel

Where there were very few words
Where only feelings were pictured
Where the morning sun brought a surprising day
Where no cloud was gray

The smile on your face made my day
How much I wanted those moments to stay
Nights were full of stars
Life never gave a single scar

Walking down the roads with hand in hand
Dreaming of a house and a farmland
A hug was all we needed
Until our expectations exceeded

Love is unkind
Is what I think when I rewind
Irrespective of the rights and wrongs
The life still goes on

Love is what I did and still do
And I see it only grew
I have captured it now in me
Never will I let it free
