Revolution Usa Poem by Vincent Cibelli

Revolution Usa

Rating: 5.0

Open letter by america rising
Saying hope and change was not attained
No more so called socialism, more like dictatorship liberalism
Instead monarchal capitalism and elitist hierarchy?
The cheat and liars in their cold war of words
Images and marching band blues
Vote to the right, vote to left
Back to your partner when you come back home
Swing her round and round again
dip her once and watch em spin
We need more fascist killing machines
Not drumming in the galley
While we row our empirically sick boat
Through hurricanes and oils spills
Hungry countries gving diamonds for food
Angry mothers trading liberty for saftey
Freedom's a currency, a bargining chip
There is no revolution on either side
Of an establishment trying to remain established
Hence the words used. Independent thought
About money being power, energy, force.
Physicist say it cannot be created or destoryed,
Though the reserve acts like Vishnu or the Christian God;
Creating something out of nothing
And asking for interest on what was created.
Intrest is love, and our lives are priniciple
They give us life and expect love in return
Monetary Fascism, as far as i can see
But blinded I can and have been by Flat screens
Gasoline, soda pop bops, vaccumed sealed red meat;
Dont know if its from cows corpse.
Dont see the life behind my gluttony.
Dont see the gluttony behind my life.
Freedom rings? All i hear is silence and acceptence
Of comfort for choice and memories
For the life we live and descisions we're making.
Restore my blank past and restore my child mind.
Restore the power! hungry or change?
Change, choose change for you
But I cannot choose hungry or change for you
Nor would I have it, when i could
But hope you choose rightly, and justly
As if you were everyone and everyone was you
For all the common's and uncommon's good.
Enviroment's the universe;
Infinite combinations of infinitly small matter.
Imagine deep into the unimaginable.
Try choose when your lost in the depth of those imaginations.
