Restrain all the media of perception
If you are to restrained
And close all the gates of the body
Restrain yours ears skin eyes tongue and nose
From the five senses of sound touch colour taste and smell
Restrain five organs of actions
Tongue hands feet anus and generatives organ
From acting speaking taking going and passing stools and urine
And fixed your mind in the heart
And do not hanker after sensual pleasure
Sensual pleasures are temporary and not peace-giving.
