The familiar faces from the past,
the realities of this world so vast
keeps changing every single day
in a canopy of work and play.

Mortals burn to cleanse their sin
of all the life where they have been
unfaithful, ungrateful, uncompromisingly shrewd
letting ones darkside brood.

The place between heaven and hell
is where we all dwell.
But the journey from here to there
of the soul and the body bare,
leaving with just one unfulfilled wish;
still letting them all rest in peace.
