If there is no resistence
then you might me on the wrong path
to grow, you have to go
through the walls
over them, under them
find away, to prevail
your evolution depends on it
when you do something new
the confidence is not there
create it, work through the problems
something new learned
is something new, you worked through
the more you break the walls
the better it gets
life is full of challenges
challenge yourself
be the best you can be
for yourself, for all your loved ones
a better you
is a better world
