Renaming North Korea

'Hard by
sounds closer than nearby, '
commenced Madam Hortense,
'sounds right up against.
So it never should have gone out of fashion.'

Allowing for thought, she continued,
'If you've done something quirky,
I want it said 'you've hortensed'.
Then it will make sense
to rename North Korea Hortense.'

She concluded,
with how they came by Turkey.
