Relationships (From My Prospective) Poem by Jordan Antrim

To have a relationship
you have to relate
with your mate
but eventually it becomes a race
to see who gets burned
and who eventually learns
that relationships don't work
for most people who just end up remorsing
over there broken heart.
I remark
that they were dumb
to have someone get close enough to numb
there sense to judge
now all they can do is hold a grudge
and look back at the smudge
on there life...
