When it was empty I was feeling happy.
And grabbed a piece of fluffy toilet paper,
a yellow stem of dandelion green,
and scribbled the most erudite of greetings.
Reversed the cork and sent it off to you.

Now twenty years have passed without an answer.
My toes have fallen off in salty waters.
The sounds of surfing echoes took away my hearing.
I wonder why I never heard from you.
