Abundantly in the universe available
It's is the Life-Force present in every living-cell

Vedic seers worshipped It as Gayatri
Indian Yogis experience It as KunDalini
One may calI It Lalita or Kali
Refer to It as Divine Mother or Spiritual Energy

It is the Cosmic Energy that heals
Body, mind, soul, at all levels It works

It was Gautam Buddha who harnessed It first
Taught his disciples to use It for social benefit

For centuries people had forgotten
What the Buddha bestowed on
Until Mikao Usui of Japan
Discovered It all over again

He made it simple to learn
And easy to practise for anyone
Man, woman or even a child
Literate or illiterate

However, one cannot get it on one' own
One needs a qualified teacher for initiation

Empowerment to access this Energy
Happens through initiation ceremony
The more you practise more you feel energy
