How does one carry
the pain deep within
to free it do free it
bit by bit
or do succumb
in silence
and just sit
stay numb or dumb
and wait
for death
or someone
to understand and
then contemplate
and tear of
that mask
don't you hesitate
don't be afraid
of what one might say
it ulcers your soul
and it eats you day by day
so please share, make aware
and do give it away
or it will always stay
beyond redemption.
