Red Moon Poem by Wesley Mincin

Red Moon

Rating: 4.5

Red Moon
An omen of great power
An icon of night's horror
A petrifying terror
The animal goes feral
The eyes glow red with anger
Now we are all in danger
The shadow in the manger!
Death chants a dreary carol
Howling then lets the moon know
A beastly fury shall grow
and all of us shall soon know
the Red Moon signals peril.

Oh I do like the mood here Wesley...a nice delve into life's more primitive side done with such grace one can not help but be captured by it.
