Reality Of Disaster Poem by True Eyes

Reality Of Disaster

As the water rises with fury
the little girl cries of dehydration.
As the tornadoes spin
another life is lost.
As for every injustice,
there is a broken heart.
This is a perspective of disaster.
Sheets massively structured,
holds the body of a kind relative you knew.
Millions of people in agony
begging, praying, and crying
but their wishes aren't fulfilled.
You look into the same worried eyes
telling yourself that this is all a dream yet,
it's reality.
