Readings Good Too (Some Rhime Some Not) Poem by Billy Bob Noes

Today I am stuck inside my house
cause the cat is ready to kitten and my wife is afraid she will try to do it on the bed. So I am keepin one eye on her till the woman gets in from shoppin. (This was the non rhime part)

Now cat is sleepin
I can do some poem peepin
Now while I sit
I can read for a bit

I really like to take some looks
cause poems is quicker than books

You can larn quite a lot
Bout thoughts other peoples got

Some are sweet like honey
Some folks write about money
Some seem very sad
makes me feel real bad

I like purty much all
both the long and the small
I look up big words
Are those wrote by 'Nerds'?

I wonder if they start
out not quite that smart
Did they climb up the stair
or start way up their?

I read all I can
I am that kind of man
who is willing to learn
before I take my turn

(Now here is another not Rhime part)
I wonder if there are as many people who read folks poems as there are people here who write them. Just somethin I think on.

(mostly 10 i hope)
If you like it some but not the very most maybe vote 6-8
(but you could still vote 9 or 10 to be nice)
If you only think it is middlin they go head and vote 5
(cause that's in the middle of 1-10)
If you kinda don't care for it you could vote it a 2,3, or 4
(that would be kinda low though)
If you hate this poem then you are left with only a 1
(there are no zero votes)
(But I think a 1 vote is not called for unless you are pretty mean though the last time I looked this was still a free country so you can vote 1 if that is how your mind runs)
