Reaction is a happening

Life is full of consequences
Basing on one's reaction
And a reaction is a happening
Not touching the base
Of conscious decision
Consulting neither knowledge
Nor status, culture, age or anything
Unless consulted as accomplished things
Of life while responding to a situation
They are as good as not being there
Anger, for instance, is a reaction
Try as you may
Consciously you can't be angry
You can, at best, pretend to be angry
You can raise your voice
Look stern and so on
But you are not an angry person
It's one thing to be strict or stern
And it's another to be really angry on
It's like the story
Of the master and his disciple
The master wanted to rest
And asked his disciple
To watch out for flies and insects
And it happened
A fly kept buzzing around
The master's nose despite all efforts
Of disciple to chase it away
The disciple became very angry
He picked up a big stone and hit the fly
While it was on the master's nose up
The fly died
And the master never woke up!
Thus when a reaction
Such as anger comes
All reasoning disappears
