Reaching My Goal Poem by Holly Somer

Because I couldn't reach my goal
I am no longer feeling strong
I feel every move I make
I'm doing something wrong

It's made me cry before and then I get all upset
Tears run down my face
Making my cheeks wet

But when this happened to me
I knew just what to do

Wipe away my tears and start with something new
I know I will find what I'm good at

Who knows if it will be soon
Good luck changes are hard to find

Like once in a blue moon
