Raucous Rhyme Poem by saadat tahir

Raucous Rhyme

Travelers gaze the zipping scapes
Vie through nicks an their drapes

Go they ahead but clutch the rear
milestones are lost in another year.

Winds of change, in a buffeted face
pummel beings from place to place.

curse their luck for what could be
One more time if they shook the tree

What fruits would fall if given a try?
Would hang their head and but cry!

Desolately reminisce wasted days
zoom over tracks or wonton lays

Clickety clack, donning silky suits
Or whack a thwack on rickety routes

Lined promenade that you may ride
or rutted road on damp runny side

Plunge the moat and mind the end
Mythical coaches are heaven’s send

Life’s not, what could have been.
It’s only the cards that we have seen

We balk an forget its a dot in time,
scattered flotsam in so much slime.

The life we know has no yesterday
As morrow dawns its up and away

This sojourn’s amazing, not the perch,
to bear an brave the treacherous lurch

From angelic voids; eyes are cast
on breakneck runs that end so fast.

Divines may marvel, medley of time.
An they may grasp; the raucous rhyme
