Rainbow Colors Poem by Gerry Legister

Rainbow Colors

Consider the colors of the rainbow,
The bright bow that appears in the sky,
Bring the atmosphere calm and enduring
Near our being sprawl the rays below.

They pass our eyes Illuminating the sun,
Part of the sky is inky marked,
When God put the globe in position,
so many brilliant colors embarked.

Appearance in heaven of the rainbow,
Larger each time we examine,
Symmetrical endearing on show,
Portrait of beauty strive to attain.

Standing in the middle of heaven,
An ocean alone inspiring heart,
Flavors that last forever beauty proclaim,
Rainbow colors in unique art.
