Rain Provoked Poem by Neela Nath Das

Rain Provoked

Rating: 4.0

Drenching along with
you away from the
mundane life,
under the upside
down sky,
near the horizon,
I felt the fire.
Virgin water
for the first
time ignited fire.
Rain provoked or
the drops,
dilemma could
not stop burning.
The grass didn't
catch it,
'cause it knew,
water sometimes
can't put out fire.

Well.., not all rains/ dare to put out flames of certain breeds. skies, clouds, mountains, rivers, blooms all have their innate fire, as we the mortals too do bear within. A different quenching substance and technique for each. Let us ponder, water often is a premonition of blazing fire. Reader to reader the telomere decides the life of appreciation and attention. God Bless. (Thank you very much for your instant review on my humble words)

Very nice now what I that unquenchable fire? A flame that water cannot contain?
