Rain Poem by Analissa Range

Rain

Rating: 3.0

Rain is falling all around
My head lays down upon the ground
Raindrops dribble down face
As my eyes stare towards outerspace
My thoughts they drift around and round
As I listen for the sound
The raindrops hitting everything
The noise they make a gentle ping
My heart is calm and so am I
As the rain falls from the sky
The gentle drops they wash away
The pain from yet the other day
